Opportunity Scan
Norbridge conducts searches for potential acquisition candidates, on behalf of both strategic and financial investors. Such searches are defined by agreed criteria — for example, company size, ownership, industry sub-sector, activities complementary to ongoing services, track record, growth strategy and geography. We generate potential candidates via multiple approaches, including tailored analysis of external databases, Norbridge partners' own extensive professional networks and conversations with selected executives. Recent assignments have involved areas as diverse as financial transaction processing, project management consulting and international transportation software.
