CareersNorbridge is lean, in the best sense of the word. Each Partner is intimately involved in the day-to-day running of his or her projects. Junior members of the firm have the opportunity to work directly with and learn from senior members, and this ensures visibility for everyone's ideas and contributions. We believe this approach offers the Norbridge employee a diverse and valuable set of experiences and opportunities.
Our culture is casual, but urgent. Client work comes first, but we stay tuned to both client and internal developments at office-wide lunch meetings every Friday. While travel schedules vary from month to month depending upon project assignments, it is common for a Norbridge consultant to be out of the office from Tuesday through Thursday at a client site. When in the office, Norbridge consultants enjoy a flexible schedule.
Life balance is important. When we're not working, we have a variety of interests. We energize ourselves by going for a midday run in the nearby Concord Wildlife Refuge. We compete successfully in National Master's Championships in rowing and speed skating, participate in the 2-day Pan-Mass Challenge cycling fundraiser, run marathons, and participate in multi-state auto rallies. We formed a team to participate in the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge road race in downtown Boston. We plan company outings such as canoeing down the Concord River, and attend Red Sox games. We develop friendships that continue beyond our time in the office. And we try to strike a balance between personal life and work life.
We, and often our clients, value our historic New England location in Concord, MA, about 30 minutes from downtown Boston.
